Meet Entries

Below is a table outlining whether swim meets require online or manual entries. Check the list to ensure that you are using the correct method, and click either the Online or Manual Entries link at the top of each column. Note that some online entries will close on the morning of the nominated date, check the SWA website or Almanac for further details. 

Manual entry closing dates below are when entries have to be lodged with West Coast, which is one week prior to the date listed in the Almanac. This is to allow for processing of entries. Manual entries must be submitted by clicking the Manual Entries link below - NO black box paper entries.  Any issues with entries, email meetentries@westcoastswimclub.com.au.
